House swap is a non-commercial way of using each others' accommodations or spaces. You stay at your exchange partners' home and vice versa. This can be simultaneous or not. Many members offer their second home for exchange and in this case the house swap can be non-simultaneous. It works in the same way for work spaces. The swap is based on trust. You can fill-in a swap-contract,is a private contract. This website is a place where you can find other people who are looking to swap their house/office, you write to them and arrange a swap. They have to trust in you and you have to trust in them. You can buy an insurance if you want to be more safe. On this website rental is not permitted. The swap is totally free. Swap is a new way of living and travelling.

How does the office swap work?
It works like an house swap, you arrange the time, the duration, etc., it may be a swap for an event or once a year for a fair for example, or for a period of time. You can swap an office or a desk, you can host in your office or not, or you can swap a space for exhibitions. It's up to you, you have only to arrange the swap with the other person. It's a kind of co-working but you haven't to pay and you get in touch with other people for business.
Are there any further charges besides the membership fee?
No, there are no further membership charges. The annual membership is based on a fixed fee and there is no limitation in the usage of the services we offer.
How do I contact other members?
You can either wait for other members to contact you or you can contact other members writing them an e-mail using this website. You can contact other member only if you are a member.

Do i have to include my car?
Cars are often included in a home exchange deal, but it is up to you whether or not to include this. In this case you have to have a car insurance that can cover your host. Exchange deals must be belanced in the sense that you have to get what you offer to the other party.
How do i upload my house/office ad?
You have to register and fill in your ad, it's really simple and you can upload pictures, write notes abiut you, your house/space, preferred destinations etc. and edit your ad when you prefer.
